Planned to see Eastbourne major attractions and it was useful base for visiting all of them. Welcoming staff, answered all questions. The hotel had convenient and stunning location very close to the sea front, shops & cafes and shops.

My deluxe queen room was equipped with tea/coffee making equipment, multi-channel TV, and a study table. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect - minutes from bars and restaurants. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were very amiable and affable.

There were an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk in the room, really enjoyed that. Everyone was friendly. The location was great and comfortable - just 5 minutes' walk from Lower Gardens. Further, it was so close to the sea front and the centre of Eastbourne.

Absolutely perfect and stunning location just next door to the centre of Eastbourne and the sea front, I felt safe. There were comfortable beds and a kitchenette and a writing table inside the room.

Everything was really good, personnel was amicable. The location was unbeatable and stunning, near to the train station, the centre of Eastbourne and the beach. It also was in the middle of the city. Our stay was lovely, would recomand this hotel to others.
